Fundraisers and Volunteer Opportunities
Students are highly encouraged by advisors to participate in fundraising and committee activities for their class when allowed. Class Advisors are responsible for providing student sign-ups for events where assistance is required and POSSE is responsible for providing parent support. Monies raised follow each class all the way to 12th grade when it is divided equally and offsets the cost of your student’s Disney trip.
The students select the Homecoming theme. The majority of the work for the MUMS will be done by the vendor, but Junior parent volunteers may be needed to help with distribution. T-shirt design and ordering will be done by the Advisors and Junior students. Junior parent volunteers will be needed to help sort, bag and distribute the shirts. Click here to help!

Homecoming Golf Cart Decor
With direction coming from the Junior student body and the Junior Advisors (Abby Whitaker and James Cleland), the students come up with a design. The Advisors will contact the POSSE Lead Rep with a list of needed supplies.
Time frame: Fall
The Junior Class students and Advisors (Whitaker and Cleland) give direction and input as to what Junior Class decisions have been made. The students pick out the theme, color-scheme, crown, etc. They also design and print the invitations. It is up to the Junior Parent volunteers to carry-out the wishes of the Class. It is POSSE’s goal to have the students play a large role in all aspects of Prom.
Time frame: April -Depends on the theme selected and how much decorating needs to be done. We need parent volunteers to help with Prom and Senior Luncheon. More details and sign ups coming soon.
