PTF is made up of a Board and coordinators for each event.
The PTF Board meets approximately once a month, per school year for discussion of schedules, events, fundraising and for the purpose of troubleshooting and brainstorming.
Each event and fundraiser has a lead Coordinator who work with the PTF Board and the school to facilitate the tasks at hand. Coordinators are not elected and volunteers are welcome to serve. They need only to make a commitment of willingness to be actively involved. Their purpose is to be the contact person for the event/fundraiser, lead the other volunteers, stay on budget and help communicate to the school community. EXTRA PARENTS in addition to Coordinators are always needed for main fundraisers and events.
PTF events and fundraisers are heavily focused on the lower school, but parents in any grade are welcome to participate and be apart of the organization.
